Welcome to Life Craft. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or making a payment through Calendly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not continue to use our site or services.

Lifecraft is based in Ireland and operates under Irish law. All services and payments are subject to the terms set out below.

2. Our Services

Lifecraft provides financial planning, coaching, and wellbeing support for individuals and organisations.
Our services are delivered online or in person, as specified at the time of booking.

We also provide corporate wellbeing programmes, financial literacy sessions, and mentoring under bespoke agreements.

3. Booking and Payment

• All individual sessions are booked via our online scheduling system (Calendly).

• Payment is processed securely through Calendly using a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe).

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• By confirming your booking, you authorise Lifecraft (and its payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the agreed amount.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

For Individuals:

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without charge.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.

• If you fail to attend your session without notice, the full session fee will apply.

For Corporate Clients:

• Cancellation terms are outlined in your corporate agreement.

• We understand that plans change, and we aim to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests wherever possible.

5. Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are complimentary, 15-minute introductory sessions designed to help determine whether our services are suitable for you.
They are not financial consultations and do not include personalised financial advice.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide during booking or communication will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
Calendly and its payment processors may also collect and process data as independent data controllers — please refer to their privacy policies for more information.

7. Disclaimer

All financial advice provided by Lifecraft is impartial and based on the information you supply.
While we take every care to ensure accuracy and professionalism, outcomes are not guaranteed, and decisions remain your responsibility.
Wellbeing and coaching sessions are designed to support personal growth and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Lifecraft and its associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, images, and materials — is the property of Lifecraft and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
